flowof1.io (“the Service”, “we”, “our”) is an independent VIP rewards and referral program for players on Stake.com. We are not affiliated with, owned by, endorsed by, or operated by Stake.com, Easygo Entertainment, or any of their subsidiaries. References to “Stake” or “Stake.com” on this site are nominative — used only to describe and refer to the platform our program relates to — and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.
By using the Service you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the Service.
2. Affiliate disclosure
flowof1.io operates as a referral/affiliate program for Stake.com. If you sign up or play on Stake.com through our links or referral code, we may receive a commission or rakeback share from Stake.com based on your activity. This never costs you anything extra, and it never changes the odds, RTP, or terms you get on Stake.com itself — it only affects what we may earn as an affiliate.
3. Eligibility & responsible gambling
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Service. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling, or the promotion of / referral to an online gambling operator, is illegal. You are solely responsible for verifying your own legal eligibility before using the Service or Stake.com.
flowof1.io is a rewards and information layer on top of Stake.com — it is not a casino, does not accept deposits, and does not itself offer any wagering. That said, our tools and content are oriented around gambling activity, so we take responsible gambling seriously. If you or someone you know shows signs of a gambling problem, please reach out to GamCare, BeGambleAware, or your local equivalent. We reserve the right to restrict or close access to the Service for anyone we believe is being harmed by it.
4. The rewards & VIP program
Reload bonuses, rakeback advantages, and other VIP-level benefits referenced on this site are administered by us at our discretion, based on your play through our referral on Stake.com. Reward types, rates, thresholds, and eligibility criteria may change at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any specific reward — it is a benefit we may modify, pause, or discontinue, not a contractual entitlement or a debt we owe you.
5. Leaderboard
The monthly leaderboard ranks players by wager volume and resets on the first of each calendar month (UTC). Wager and rank data shown on the leaderboard is sourced from Stake.com’s publicly available or referral-partner statistics for players in our program; it may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate, and it is not authoritative for any dispute. Leaderboard prizes, if any, and the existence of the leaderboard itself, may change or be discontinued at any time.
6. Tools & calculators
The VIP calculator, wager-cost estimator, and any other calculators on this site are best-effort, educational tools. Their output depends entirely on the inputs and assumptions you provide (rank progress, game mix, assumed RTP ranges, etc.) and on our understanding of Stake.com’s publicly documented VIP structure, which we do not control and which may change without our knowledge. Specifically:
- Wager volume is not the same as money lost or won — actual results depend on the house edge of whatever games you play and on variance, which can cause real outcomes to differ substantially from any estimate.
- RTP ranges used in cost estimates are approximate and game-category-level, not exact figures for any specific game or session.
- Nothing produced by these tools is financial, investment, or gambling advice, and past performance shown or implied by any tool is not a guarantee of future results.
7. Blog content
Guides, explainers, and analyses published on our blog reflect our understanding at the time of writing and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial or gambling advice, and Stake.com’s actual rules, rates, and mechanics take precedence over anything we publish if the two ever conflict.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or send automated requests to the Service at a volume beyond what a single human user would reasonably generate through the website UI.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions on the Service.
- Use the Service, or any contact channel we provide, to harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with us, or impersonate flowof1.io, its operator, or Stake.com, when referring other players.
9. Intellectual property
All site code, design, branding, and blog content on flowof1.io is owned by us. The Service is free to use; the code, design, and written content are not free to copy or republish without permission. Nominative references to third-party trademarks (Stake, Stake.com, and similar) are made for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement by their owners.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to accuracy of any data, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, flowof1.io and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including losses from gambling decisions informed by our tools, leaderboard data, or blog content, or from any outage or change on Stake.com’s own platform, which is entirely outside our control. Because we don’t charge for the Service, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to USD $50.
11. Termination
We can restrict or close your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms or behavior we reasonably believe is abusive. You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page tracks the most recent change. Material changes will be announced via our Telegram channel. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law & disputes
We’ll always try to resolve a disagreement informally first — please contact us before pursuing any formal claim. If your local consumer-protection law gives you rights that can’t be waived by contract, those rights still apply regardless of anything else in these terms.
