Their role is fairly simple: they become your main point of contact for VIP-related questions, account requests, reloads, and other benefits that are handled individually rather than through the standard rewards system.

Reloads based on recent activity
Reloads are one of the main reasons players value having a host. They provide a recurring bonus over a set period, with the amount usually based on recent gameplay and account activity.
A host can review your account and, when appropriate, renew or adjust your reload. The amount and duration are not permanent, and they can change as your activity changes.

Reloads are not guaranteed at a fixed amount. Your host can explain what is currently available and when it may be reviewed or renewed.
